How long will it take you to complete the graphics?
You will get your graphics within 3-4 working days. I will email you within 48 hours to send you a draft. If you order is to big such as WOW minisite package, it will take overall one weeks.

Do you have a guarantee period?
Yes, after you've purchase the graphics, you have 90
days to test-use them on your websites. If they didn't increase your
sales or conversion rate, just drop me an email and
remove all the covers and graphics from yoursite. I will refund your purchase in full - no questions asked. (more info)

What if i dont like my graphics?
In case if you dont like the graphics I design, i will design another one different graphics until you're satisfied.

How do you deliver my files?
After your graphic completed, i will sent to your email in WinZip/Rar format. I will keep a copy for future reference and to possibly display on my site.

Do you provide PSD files?
You only got one PSD for one graphic only. That is 'minisite' psd. If you need more than one PSD, you need to pay $30 per PSD.
